Michael considers himself just a "normal dude from Chicago". The problem is, his story is anything but normal. While finishing his last semester in college where he needed 3 hours to graduate... he took a real estate course. That class would change the trajectory of his life.
As a hard-working husband and father who wants to provide for his family, Michael is highly driven. So it should be no surprise that he has owned a real estate brokerage in the past. When the market crashed in 2007, he shifted the focus of his business to educate consumers and Realtors about the short sale process. He was successful because he took on a problem that no one else wanted to solve and did the work.
Consequently, he helped hundreds of families by taking on an education-based approach to their housing problems and alternatives to foreclosure. The key to his success was because he was sharing honest valuable content with others on the short sale process.
Michael seems to have a knack for identifying a need and then helping to solve that need. For the past few years, Michael has been perfecting his attraction based marketing system. In the summer of 2017, he moved to San Diego and officially became the Real Estate Marketing Dude, full time.
