This will be the 4th time that Scott has led a mastermind for independent brokers and the second time that the mastermind has been a part of Real Estate Distilled. The mastermind is limited to 40 people to fully allow discussion and connection building.
Real Estate Distilled is an annual conference for the real estate industry that serves up concentrated real estate knowledge to agents, brokers, team leaders and lenders who are not content being average.
The conference features a winning recipe that includes equal parts industry experts and networking, with a splash of bourbon tourism. All stirred over 3 days and served with Southern Hospitality.
The mastermind takes place on day 1 of the 3 day event. With day two featuring 12 to 15 different break out sessions. Followed up by a third day with 4 or 5 keynotes.
The event is rounded out by a small sponsor expo, a business book exchange and an optional VIP dinner which includes a bourbon flight tasting. Lunch is served as part of the event each day and breakfast is provided at the host hotel. Transportation is provided from the host hotel to both the event venue as well as the VIP dinner.
